Services are delivered by appointment and priced based on project scope, deliverables, and level of engagement.

3. SCHEDULING AND ESTIMATES

Appointments and consultations are confirmed by phone, email, or SMS. Estimates are based on the information you provide and may be adjusted if the scope of work changes before or during the engagement.

4. PAYMENT

Payment terms are specified in your service agreement or invoice. Experience One LLC accepts major credit/debit cards, ACH transfers, and other approved digital payment methods. Late payments may be subject to interest or administrative fees as stated in your service agreement.

5. CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING

To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time may be subject to a fee.
